Event Rooms:

The Best Western Park Plaza offers nearly 4,400 square feet of meeting and event space, accommodating up to 200. Our conference level features three separate meeting rooms that are connected to a spacious pre-function area decorated with lovely cherry wood furnishings. The Best Western Park Plaza 's professional conference staff can assist you in making arrangements for your catering and program needs. Audio-visual equipment is available for rent and each conference room offers high-speed wireless Internet access and pull-down screens.

The Georgian Room is our largest room with elegant décor including built-in mirrors and brass chandeliers. The Georgian Room also features an in-house sound system and built-in screen.

Our second largest room is the Carlton Room , decorated in the same style as the Georgian and equally capable to accommodate meetings, banquets and receptions.

The Covington Room is a more intimate room and is well suited for small group meetings or as a buffet station when used in conjunction with the Georgian or Carlton Rooms.

Tucked away on the third floor is the Augustan Room . This cozy room is adorned with attractive French doors and is perfect for small meetings and events or as a hospitality suite.
